Mr. Gao received his Master's degree in international finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is a certified economic manager, certified human resources manager and certified public accountant. He worked in Shanghai Baosteel International, served as managing director of a company and independent director of a venture capital company, accumulating over 20 years’ experience in consulting and training area.
